Get Sales Sync Pro

Install the desktop app on the office PC first, then the mobile app on each salesman's phone. You need a license key or a free trial to activate — internet is used only for that step.

Requirements

  • Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), 4 GB RAM, 500 MB free disk
  • A printer for A4 invoices (any Windows printer)
  • Wi-Fi router or phone hotspot to pair salesman phones

Install

  1. Run the installer and finish the wizard.
  2. Open Sales Sync Pro, choose Enter license key (or Start free trial), activate.
  3. Sign in as admin / admin and change the password under Employees.

Install

  1. Open the APK on the phone and allow "install from this source" if asked.
  2. Open the app, tap Next, allow the camera.
  3. On the desktop go to Devices → Pair new device, scan the QR code on the phone.
  4. Sign in with the employee username and password set on the desktop.

The phone must be on the same Wi-Fi as the desktop (or the desktop's hotspot) to sync. It works offline in between.
