Terms of use

License

Sales Sync Pro desktop and mobile software is licensed, not sold. A license key allows installation of the desktop app on one PC and the salesman app on the number of phones stated in your plan, for the period stated. The key may be moved to another PC by asking us to release it from the old one.

Trial

A trial license gives full use of the software for the trial period at no charge. One trial per business and per PC. Data created in the trial stays when a paid license is activated on the same PC.

Renewal and expiry

We send reminders by email before the end date. After the end date a grace period applies, after which the app stops opening until the license is renewed. Your data is not deleted by the software when a license expires.

Updates and support

Updates released during the license period are included. Support is provided by phone, WhatsApp and email during working hours.

Payments and refunds

Prices are in Indian rupees. A license is activated on receipt of payment. Fees already paid are not refunded once a key has been activated, except as required by law.

Limitation

The software is provided with care but without a guarantee that it is error-free. Keep backups: the app makes them daily, and you are responsible for keeping copies of your backup files and your passphrase. Our liability is limited to the license fee paid for the current period.
