Your business data

Sales Sync Pro is offline-first. Your parties, products, invoices, payments and reports are stored only on your own computer and phones, in encrypted databases. We do not receive or store that data. If you choose online backup, only files sealed with your own passphrase are stored on the backup server; we cannot open them.

What the license server stores

To activate and renew your license the desktop app sends: your license key, a fingerprint of the PC (a hash of hardware identifiers), the PC name, the app version, the number of paired phones, and the time of the check. We also keep the business name, contact person, mobile, email and address you gave us when the license was issued, and records of payments you made to us.

Website forms

When you contact us, book a demo or request a trial we store what you typed, the page you came from and your IP address, so that we can reply and to prevent abuse. We email and call you about your enquiry and, if you become a customer, about your license (expiry reminders, updates). You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Cookies

The public website sets only a session cookie needed for the contact forms. The admin and dealer panels set a sign-in cookie. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
