No. Your bills, parties, products and payments live only on your PC in an encrypted database. Encrypted backups can be kept on a pen drive or on our private backup server, and only your passphrase can open them.

Yes. Tax invoices with GSTIN, HSN codes, CGST/SGST or any named tax rates, item-wise and bill-wise taxes and discounts, amount in words, round-off, and GST / HSN summary reports for filing. Invoices and receipts are numbered per financial year (April to March).

Pair an Android phone by scanning a QR code on the desktop. The salesman sees his parties, products and outstanding, takes orders and collects payments offline, and everything reaches the desktop for approval when the phone is on the same Wi-Fi. Every bill is approved on the desktop before it counts.

Yes. Parties, products, invoices and payments import from Excel with a sample workbook that checks every row before saving. Every list also exports to Excel and PDF.

The full desktop app and the mobile app for 30 days. No credit card or details are needed. Your data stays when you buy a license.

One license key per PC, with the number of salesman phones included in your plan. Renewals extend the same key — nothing to reinstall. You get reminder emails before the end date and a few days of grace after it.

Yes. Restore your backup on the new PC and ask us to release the key from the old one. It takes a few minutes.

The app is in English, and names of parties and products can be typed in any Indian language. Printed invoices render Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Urdu and other scripts correctly.
